How to use it?

For the body:

put the oil on your hands and warm it between your palms. Gently massage the skin in circular motions. For best results, use after showering, bathing, swimming or sunbathing.

For the bath - sensory:

Diffuse the oil in lukewarm water while the bath is running. Relax and inhale deeply.
